Description :

These yoga classes are taught by a trauma-informed teacher who leads from the front of the room. Classes include centering, focused breathing, and gentle stretching and movement. Modifications are given and all participants are encouraged to find what feels best for them. Classes are beginner-friendly and great for those who already practice yoga. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience!
