November is Family Literacy Month

Governor Patrick has proclaimed November 2011 to be Family Literacy Month. This marks the 15th year that the Commonwealth is acknowledging and celebrating the important role that families play in their children's literacy development. Libraries across the Commonwealth will celebrate with fun activities for the entire family. Please check the list below to see what your library has planned. This list is growing by the day, so please check back frequently or contact your local library to get involved in year-round programs that will help you and your child discover and enjoy the world of reading.
