The Thomas Crane Public Library, St Mark Community Education Program and the MIRA Coalition are partnering to provide you with FREE services to help you become a U.S. citizen. Pathways to Citizenship is a FREE class where students learn the English and Civics needed to pass the test! Instruction includes beginner ESL and civics.
