Coloring is an activity we think of as being for kids. However, it can be beneficial for adults.  Come and experience the latest trend in relaxation: adult coloring! Studies show coloring can have a calming effect on the adult mind and help to promote overall wellness. We provide the basic materials, you bring the fun! Have an art project of your own that you're working on?  Bring it with you and enjoy meeting with other artists of all skill levels!
