Jonathan Bosworth, well-known spindle and charkha maker, will visit Tuesday's Stitch Circle on Tuesday, July 15, to show his folding book- and attaché-size charkhas (Hindi for "wheel) and talk about their history and development. Charkhas are used primarily for spinning cotton and other fine fibers that take a high twist.   Stitch Circle: Join fellow knitting, crocheting, needlework, etc. enthusiasts for weekly social crafting.
