This three-week summer program is designed to bring families and friends together to support emotional well-being and strengthen social connection. Part 1: Movement + Mindful BreathFamilies and (or) friends will practice simple, mindful movement together. Weâll explore:Kidsâ yoga posesAnimal-inspired motionsDifferent types of breathThis playful format helps children feel comfortable in their bodiesâwhile also giving families time to connect with open hearts and curious minds.
