We are thrilled to continue our popular Tech Help program with volunteer Jeff Doughty. Jeff will meet one-on-one with patrons who need technology assistance, including: Smart phone and computer basicsEmail and messagingZoom and FaceTimeSocial media, including Facebook and InstagramConducting Internet searchesDownloading and saving informationUsing library resources, including Libby and KanopyPlease call the Library at 413-637-0197 to reserve a ½ hour appointment. Please bring any necessary devices, passwords, and charging cables. This service is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Jeff Doughty had a long career as a software engineer, most recently with Apple and Nvidia. Jeff is now retired and resides in Lenox with his wife Carol and two Chihuahuas. He has a B.S. from Virginia Tech and a M.S. from Stanford University, both in Computer Science. Jeff has returned to college at BCC to study art and music history.
