ICNHA Certified Henna Artist Mandy Roberge from Wicked Good Henna will be here doing henna tattoos from 1:30pm to 5:00pm. Your tattoo will be done first come, first served, maximum of one tattoo per person.  No registration required. There will be a sign-up sheet when you arrive. This program is for ages 6 to 99.
