We are launching a new Book Discussion Group tied to the theme of Growing Community through Civic Engagement.  We will meet one Saturday a month at 12:30pm. Growing Community is a hands-on library program that uses sharing books  as a powerful metaphor for nurturing strong, connected communities. Participants will share their thoughts on the selected book  while engaging in meaningful discussions about how to work together to protect and support their families, friends, neighbors, and civic life. Just as a garden thrives with care and cooperation, so too does a communityâgrowing stronger when we cultivate kindness, resilience, and collective action. Join us for this interactive experience and take home  plant, but fresh ideas for fostering a vibrant, supportive community. This program is sponsored by Holbrook United for Change in partnership with Holbrook Public Library. Registration is requested to ensure there is an ample amount of book  copies available for all attendees.  Books will be available for checkout at the Circulation Desk beginning March 5, 2025 or you can downloaded it as an EBook on Libby.
