In this beginners cookie decorating class, JoAnna Letourneau of Blackbird Baking Co. will walk you through decorating 5 spring-themed cookies in a small group setting. No experience is necessary. Some of the following techniques will be used/discussed: Icing consistencies Baking tips and tricks Outlining and flooding Wet-on-wet techniques  Each participant will receive access to recipes and other helpful cookie decorating info. Access to a cookie decorating group will also be provided. Materials Fee: $10 per person* Due by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 9 Cash or check made payable to Hanson Public Library Your spot in the class will be held until the materials fee due date. On Saturday, May 10 we will move on to the waiting list to fill your spot if the materials fee has not been received. Only one person may register per form. A separate form must be filled out for each person interested in attending. After completing the form, your status will be set to Approved or Waiting List. However, Approved attendees must still bring in payment before the deadline in order for their spot to be held.  Registration open to Hanson Library cardholders only: May 1 to May 9 Registration open to everyone: Starting on May 10 Preference will be given to Hanson Library residents when moving individuals from the waiting list to the list of approved attendees. This program is made possible in part by State Aid to Public Libraries. *While the Library primarily offers programs and activities that are free to all participants, we sometimes charge a materials fee for programs in order to provide offerings that are beyond our standard budget.
