Description :

In this beginner-level Brazilian Portuguese class, you’ll learn the foundational skills for everyday conversation, including vocabulary, pronunciation, and engaging in simple dialogues. You will also learn more about Brazilian culture along the way. This class is taught by Lorena Crespo, a certified ESL instructor who has been a language teacher on Martha’s Vineyard for nearly a decade. Registration is required. You will be automatically registered for all four classes when you sign up. To ensure we maximize our ability to fill our programs and make the most of available spots, we are implementing a new policy regarding attendance. Individuals who do not show up for a library program without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be subject to a one-month ban from signing up for future programs. This policy is intended to encourage timely communication and allow us to offer openings to others who are eager to participate.
