Join the Dover Parks and Recreation Department and the Dover Town Library at this annual tradition on the Town Common for an evening of live music and fun for the whole family. Each week we will have activities for younger attendees provided by Knucklebones. This week we are pleased to welcome the Backwards Hats Band, who will delight audiences both young and old. Kona Ice will also be on site for this event to provide complimentary shaved ice to all.
