Free 6 Week Program. Space is limited. Participants must plan to attend all 6 classes. Light Snacks & Refreshments provided. Program focuses on lifestyle and nutrition changes to increase activity and promote better health and wellbeing. Includes information on MyPlate, Label Reading & Portion Control, as well as Tools for Grocery Shopping, Meal Preparation & Physical Activity Registration Required. Registering once will register you for all 6 classes. Again, participants must plan to attend all 6 classes.
