Tuesday, November 25, is North Reading Self-Care Day! At the library, we are promoting sleep hygiene. We have books, a survey, a chance to win sleep masks for kids and adults,  and a Bath Bomb Making workshop. The bath bomb craft is for all ages, 6 and up. Younger kids will need an adult's help.
