Description :

Join Adult Services Librarian Jess for a relaxing yoga nidrā practice to start your day. Jess will guide participants through a few simple yoga asanas to release physical tension. Participants will then settle into a reclined position for a guided relaxation (yoga nidrā). This program takes place before the library officially opens.
