The Library Fitness Club is a free, bi-weekly, dropâin workout series designed to help adults and teens build strength, mobility, and healthy movement habits in a supportive, communityâfocused environment.Each session includes:- Functional bodyweight exercises for everyday life- Lowâimpact, scalable movements suitable for all fitness levels- A guided coolâdown and stretch to support recovery and mobility- Emphasis on consistency, confidence, and longâterm health habitsParticipants also receive access to the Family Legacy Project free online Skool community, which includes:- Sustainable nutrition education and habitâbuilding guidance- Simple atâhome workouts and movement ideas- 60+ recipes and practical wellness resources- Supportive accountability and familyâfocused health toolsComplimentary samples of highâquality protein powder, bars, energy drinks, and wellness products available at each session (ages 18+)This is a dropâin series where participants may attend any session without committing to the full program. Each workout is selfâcontained, making it easy for new participants to join at any time.Sessions are nonâcompetitive, approachable, and centered on building community and sustainable health habits through movement.When held outdoors, activities take place on the front lawn of the library. Please dress for the weather.No equipment or prior fitness experience is required; participants may bring a yoga mat for added comfort during the coolâdown.This series is designed for adults and teens (middle school and up). Parents are welcome to bring younger children as long as they remain safely contained in a stroller, so everyone can participate comfortably.
